We Don't Have Any Return Policy . Only Defective Product Will Be Exchanges.

Only Damaged Goods can be exchanged within in 24 hours of shipment once Received by Customer. The courier costs to be paid by the Buyer.

We try our best to delivery 100% good quality products,but unfortunately it may happen sometimes product is delivered damaged.In such case we required a photo to be sent to us within 24hrs from the time of delivery recived.Without photos sent in given time we will not be able to process replacement.In case of products not available return Upon receiving the photo, our team will review the damage. If the damage is approved and a complaint is registered, we request you to kindly send the product back to us. If a replacement is in stock with us, we will reship the same to you. In case it is not available, you can request for a refund or a coupon for future purchases. But the final dession is will be taken by Kusum Sarees about refund.Investigation may take 3-4 days for international deliveries.

The returned products should be in the same condition as how it was first couriered to the buyer or else the product would not be eligible for return.

Please note for International shipments; the custom and import duties etc need to be paid by the Buyer.

Please note that Kusum Sarees has no control over VAT, custom taxes and import duties etc. They vary from country to country and state to state, they have to carefully observed and paid by the Buyer.

Kusum Sarees will only utilize reputed and branded Courier partners. We take the responsibility of reaching the goods safe and sound up to the client. Any form of damage or shortage of goods/products in the received parcel should be informed to Kusum Sarees via watsapp/call immediately on receiving the parcel with no delay.

Once we receive the payment, the order will be confirmed. The availability of the product will be scrutinized only after the payment is successful.
